Cancellation and Refund Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a lesson/charter, with the balance due 30 days prior to the trip. A lesson/charter may be cancelled with no penalty provided a minimum of 30 days notice is provided. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled lesson/charter, up until 24 hours of the trip, a full refund is provided less a 5% cancellation fee, or credit will be given in full towards a rescheduled lesson/charter. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson/charter, all funds are forfeited. In the rare instance that South Bay Sailing must cancel or reschedule a lesson/charter due to weather or other concerns, a full refund or credit will be offered.
